A Home Outside the UMD Campus, Maryland - Wednesday Evening

Derek was looking for a booty-call house investment property in the Maryland area for cutting down on all those hotels. Yes, a house was somehow the better investment. Just don't ask why rich people do these things. Or why Teen Wolf characters do anything. Just accept it and move on.

On one hand, he wasn't looking for an abandoned shack to lurk in. On the other, he hadn't hired a real estate agent to keep him away from the really shitty properties yet.

That would be why he was looking at a house that had probably been very nice fifty years ago. And frowning at the listing. "This says it has character."

"Just think," Derek said, tilting his head to work on Stiles' neck once again. "This house could be all ours."

"With the flowery wallpaper and everything?" he asked, pressing himself against Derek even more.

Derek pressed a leg between Stiles' thighs to help him out. Kindly. "It's vintage."

And Stiles took advantage of that to grind against him. "I think we can find something better suited to our taste."

That earned him a please little hum, hands tightening against Stiles' back.

"A mansion with a room for your hobbies?" Derek suggested. A whole room for his murder board!

"Since it'll just be the two of us for awhile I think a regular sized house will have plenty of room for my hobbies," he said, nipping at Derek's jaw.

Derek sighed, somewhere between annoyed at 'a regular sized house' and turned on by the bite. "That house will be where you want to work."

Since Derek was planning to be an unemployed mooch.

"I though this house was just the one we're going to use for booty calls." He knew that what it was for, Derek!

IT WAS STILL AN INVESTMENT.

"I can buy more than one house."

Stiles sighed but leaned in to kiss Derek again a moment later. "We can buy the big house with room for a million kids after I graduate."

Derek kissed him back even if he was sulking about it. "I'm going to get banned from the hotels eventually. And you know it."

"I didn't say we couldn't get a place." Seriously, Derek, stop sulking. "Just not the big mansion while I'm at school. I'm not looking to stay in Maryland forever."

Winter here was scary.

"Neither am I," Derek replied, losing some of the sulkiness. "Maybe an apartment instead?"

Winters were only scary if you couldn't turn into a giant wolf and bound through the snow like a majestic creature.

Well Stiles couldn't do that!

"We'd have neighbors complaining about the noise." It had the same problems as a hotel! "How about something somewhere between mansion and not totally run down piece of crap?"

Derek sighed again. "I'll find a real estate agent this weekend. Happy?"

"Very," he said, kissing him again. "Now let's get back to breaking the law."

"Yes, Detective."

They were utterly ridiculous. And yet Stiles was going along with it instead of laughing about it. He looped his arms around Derek's neck and continued kissing him, letting his weight rest against Derek.

Hopefully they wouldn't end up knocking holes into the walls or anything.

As long as no one in the neighborhood cared or noticed them, though should be safe.

Derek hooks his hands under Stiles' thighs to lift him up. Not breaking the kiss, of course. Because why would they do something silly like that?

Breaking the kiss would be crazy! Stiles hooked his legs around Derek's hips, holding on tight.

They needed to have an intervention about their respective sex drives.

It had to slow down eventually, right? At least before kids started to factor into their lives, that is.

With Stiles' legs around his waist, Derek was free to do the classy thing and slide his hands down to grope Stiles' ass and help him grind against Derek's stomach.

When they had kids they just had to get more creative about where they had sex.

Stiles made a soft noise, jerking his hips up against Derek. He appreciate the help considering he couldn't move very much in this position.

Or traumatize those poor kids.

Derek broke the kiss in order the assault Stiles' throat with far too many gently nips. "Another good thing about a house is that you can be as loud as you want," he muttered. Which was probably a hint as he lifted and lowered Stiles enough to help with the grinding motion.

Stiles huffed, breath catching a little as he ground down at the right angle. "We never had a problem with that before. Hence us getting kicked out of hotels."

Derek grinned at that, hiding it against Stiles shoulder. He held Stiles up with one hand, using the other to dip into the back of Stiles' waistband. Wasn't Stiles so glad he was engaged to a werewolf?
