Derek had woken up at his normal time despite the holiday, wandering down to the kitchen to make coffee for the day. Because coffee.

And the fact that gift giving had been banned for financial reasons. Which was just ridiculous.

So, instead, he was going to make bacon. A lot of bacon. Hopefully that would lure Stiles out of bed.

Derek pulled back after another Bob of his head. "What am I doing?"

"Would I do that?" Regularly. "On Christmas?"

"Yes." What a jerk.

"Pretty sure you like it." Just a guess.

"Pretty sure you need to get the show on the road." 'Cause he was getting impatient.

"And make you tired?"

Yeah, that was the reason he was going slow. Honest.

"If you do your job right I'll be tired no matter what," he teased.

That just made Derek hum again as he pressed between Stiles' legs. "That's true. Just have yo make it worth it then."

"Somehow you always manage to make it worth it." Aw, getting romantic.

They were the worst.

Derek smiled up at him because sappy was one of his many weaknesses. "Better find that lube for me then."

Stiles sighed. "I think you'll have to move off of me for that to happen, unfortunately."

That made Derek just look sad. "We need better hiding spots," he muttered, pulling away so he could take off his pants.

"We just moved in," he said, kicking off his pants while also trying to dig around in the couch cushions to get the lube. "We'll find the better hiding spots eventually."

Derek hummed in agreement, watching Stiles undress. Deal with his blatant enjoyment of that, Stiles. Deal with it.

It wasn't very graceful but Stiles did his best to not fall off his couch. He was successful in both the clothing removal and the lube finding a moment later. "Yeah we need a new spot to stash this."

Derek leaned in for another kiss anyway. He was strangely into Stiles'lack of coordination. "New Years list."

"That should have been a Christmas gift for the both of us," he murmured, handing Derek the bottle. "More containers to hide lube."

"Oh, so that'd be fine."

"It's for the both of us!"

"Uh huh." HE DIDN'T BUY THAT AT ALL.

"Whatever," he said. "Are you going to fuck me or what?"

So romantic.

Derek rolled his eyes, hooking his hands under Stiles' thighs.

"You're such an ass."

"I thought you liked my ass."

[justlurkinghere]

"I do like it," Derek assured him, reaching for the lube as he hooked one of Stiles' knees over his shoulder. "You're still being one."
