Could Be Creepier Mansion, Thursday Afternoon

Tomorrow was the lunar eclipse and Derek had plans on how to get through it. Plans that did not involve incomprehensible plots or getting beat up by a crazy Druid because 'that was his special ability', thanks.

Plans that meant he was getting ready to bake. It involved a lot of glaring at the ingredients before he started out with the measuring.

Stiles hadn't bothered stopping by the dorms after his portal arrived in Fandom. For one thing, seeing the dorms be all empty would be weird. For another, he was kind of hoping if he left his stuff around Derek would do his laundry for him.

Hey, the nemeton nightmares amped up to eleven after being in Beacon Hills again, he had every right to con somebody into doing his laundry.

"Hey, I'm home!" Stiles said when he walked into the house. "Derek?"

Mike was still heading out for a work thing – fixing something or other for some person he'd met somewhere, the usual – but his curiosity got the best of him, so he had to poke his head in the kitchen.

"Of course I did. I always do," he said, after he followed Derek's voice to the kitchen. He looked pretty tired for someone who had just been on vacation, but other than that he was in one piece. "Aw, Betty Crocker wolf."

"Dude, I don't want any," Stiles said. "My dad would let alcohol slide but if he ever found out I did drugs he'd kill me. Well, he'd kill you and then send me to like a Catholic boarding school or something."
